We are specialized for 2-component doors and flaps of the system; also support our partners with smaller gears, levers and auxiliary components.
Gears, levers and other auxiliary components are smaller, single component moldings, but are also inevitable part of the HVAC systems. They require accurate process control for proper functionality, at highly efficient production rate.
From the smaller flat parts to the large, complex shape components, we can provide suitable manufacturing solution for our customers. We use index plate tools for the small- and robot transfer method for the medium-large components. We are capable to process various material combinations and can produce in different colors.
