We are one of the largest sub-suppliers of quick connectors and fittings for engine and EV battery cooling systems. Our automated production lines allow us to assemble more than 30 million parts annually in around 300 different variants from NW6 to NW35, processing more than 600 tons of Polyamide. We use ultrasonic welding for QCs and all of our automated assembly lines contain built in quality control systems guaranteeing we can meet all 0 PPM requirements.
We produce 10 different QCs from the smallest NW6 size, mostly high runner products. We expect to deliver over 4 million NW6 products yearly. Production is available on full- and semi-automated assembly lines for medium and high runner projects as well as with manual assembly process for small scale and prototype production.
Recently introduced new diameter in our production, we expect increasing demand for this smaller size QCs in the near future. We produce more than 15 variants of NW12 size, from standard 90° to complex multi- outlet versions. Production is available on semi-automated assembly lines for medium and high runner projects as well as with manual assembly process for small scale and prototype production.
We produce more than 50 different variants of the most commonly used NW16 size, from standard straight to very special variants. Products are available in different colors and with different sealing types. We produce more than 10 different QCs of NW26 size. Products are available with different sealing types. Production is running on semi-automated assembly lines.
We produce more than 25 different variants of NW32 connectors. Production is available on full- and semi-automated assembly lines.
We have in production a series of QCs from the special size of NW35 for
Mercedes AMG.
Production is available on manual assembly line.
We produce a large variety of fittings from large tubes to 5mm inner diameter small pieces, from simple, straight tubes to complex multi- inlet/outlet distributor components. You can find valve elements with EPDM ball shutter, as well as inserted or special sealing components in our portfolio. We process from standard PA66-GF30 to special PPS materials.
